Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (referred to herein as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tk9990 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tk9990 website, mobile platform, game catalogue, sportsbook, cashier services, promotional offers, and customer support.

Your use of tk9990 in any capacity — including browsing, registering, depositing, wagering, or withdrawing — constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms. tk9990 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.1 Language and Interpretation

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall be the authoritative and governing version. Headings within these Terms are provided for navigational convenience only and do not affect interpretation of the clauses they precede.

1.2 Supplementary Policies

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the tk9990 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus-specific terms and conditions published on the platform. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and a supplementary policy, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary policy expressly states otherwise.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an active account on tk9990, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter.
• You must be an individual (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) accessing the platform for personal recreational purposes.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, officer, or director of tk9990, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be registered on a self-exclusion list or gambling block programme that covers the tk9990 platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or using funds belonging to another person without their explicit documented consent.

2.1 Age Verification Process

tk9990 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts. You may be required to provide government-issued photographic identification (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide adequate documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds.

2.2 Underage Play

If tk9990 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended pending age verification. Any winnings accrued during a period in which the player was or may have been underage will be void and non-payable. tk9990 will cooperate fully with relevant authorities in any investigation related to underage access.

Account Registration & Verification

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the tk9990 platform at any time. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under the same name, email address, device, payment method, or IP address — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an account on tk9990, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You must promptly update your account information if any of your details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tk9990 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. tk9990 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials. 3.3 One Account Per Person

Duplicate accounts are identified through technical monitoring of IP addresses, device fingerprints, payment method details, and identity documents. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all bonus winnings across those accounts will be voided. tk9990 reserves the right to apply this policy retrospectively where evidence of account duplication is identified after the fact.

3.4 Account Currency

All tk9990 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are transacted and displayed in BDT. tk9990 does not offer multi-currency accounts. Players are responsible for any currency conversion charges applied by their payment provider prior to funds reaching the tk9990 cashier.

Deposits & Withdrawals

tk9990 supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of Bangladesh-native payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All payment method options available to your account at the time of transaction are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your tk9990 wallet balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer to reflect depending on your bank's processing times. tk9990 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) before processing. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit on the account, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations. tk9990 processes withdrawal requests promptly; actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of the receiving payment provider.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

tk9990 operates in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) principles. Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal of equivalent value can be processed. tk9990 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into any account. Accounts suspected of money laundering activity will be suspended immediately, and all relevant information may be reported to appropriate authorities.

4.4 Declined Transactions

tk9990 is not responsible for deposits that fail to reach the platform due to errors on the part of the payment provider, insufficient funds in the source account, or technical interruptions outside of tk9990's control. If a deposit is not credited to your account within 30 minutes of the transaction appearing on your payment provider's statement, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Bonuses & Promotions

tk9990 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form an integral part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed account registration and identity verification.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonus funds are credited to your bonus wallet and are separate from your real-money wallet balance. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in each offer's terms. Bonuses that have not been wagered within this period will expire and be removed from your account without compensation.
• tk9990 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such withdrawal does not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for each bonus specifies the total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds before any winnings derived from those funds become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means that a ৳1,000 bonus must generate ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to abuse referral or loyalty rewards — constitutes bonus abuse and is a breach of these Terms. tk9990 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

5.4 VIP & Loyalty Programme

tk9990's loyalty programme rewards consistent play through a tiered points-based system progressing from Bronze through Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Black Diamond VIP tiers. Programme terms, tier thresholds, cashback rates, and reward structures are detailed on the VIP Programme page and are subject to change at tk9990's discretion with reasonable notice to affected players.

Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All casino games and sports betting markets available on tk9990 are governed by game-specific rules available within each game or market interface. By placing a wager on any game or event, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that game or market.

6.1 RNG Certification

All fixed-odds casino games on tk9990 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by our game suppliers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random, statistically fair, and not subject to manipulation by either the platform or the player.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on tk9990 cover cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and other sports as available. Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, tk9990's standard voiding and refund rules as published in the sportsbook terms apply.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or human error that results in an incorrect odds display, game outcome, or payout calculation, tk9990 reserves the right to void the relevant bets or games and refund stakes to the affected player accounts. Winnings derived from obvious errors in pricing or game presentation are void, regardless of whether they have been credited to a player's account.

6.4 Disconnections

tk9990 cannot be held liable for losses incurred as a result of internet connection failures, device failures, or power outages on the player's side. Games interrupted by disconnection are governed by the disconnection rules of the relevant game provider. tk9990 recommends using a stable internet connection for all real-money gaming sessions.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk9990 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Multi-accounting: Registering or using more than one account on the tk9990 platform simultaneously or sequentially.
• Fraudulent deposits: Depositing funds using payment instruments that do not belong to you, or reversing legitimate deposits after receiving services.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker, live dealer games, or any competitive format.
• Arbitrage and matched betting: Exploiting price differentials between tk9990's sportsbook and other operators systematically to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, where such activity is identified as abusive rather than incidental.
• Software exploitation: Deliberately exploiting known software bugs, glitches, or undocumented features to gain an unfair advantage.
• Impersonation: Attempting to access another player's account, impersonating a tk9990 employee or representative, or providing false identity documents during KYC verification.
• Money laundering: Using the tk9990 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds connected to criminal activity.
• Harassment: Using live chat, in-game communication tools, or contact with tk9990 support staff in an abusive, threatening, or harassing manner.

Account Suspension & Closure

tk9990 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• A request from the player to self-exclude from the platform.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months.
• Discovery that the player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 02.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to cease providing services to the player.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request permanent closure of their tk9990 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (minus pending bonus funds) will be paid out to your verified withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is a voluntary tool available to players who feel their gambling is becoming problematic. A self-exclusion request results in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account for the duration you select — from a minimum of 6 months to permanent exclusion. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access the platform, and tk9990 will make all reasonable efforts to prevent marketing communications from reaching you. 8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. tk9990 will make reasonable attempts to notify the account holder prior to applying any dormancy policy. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee, as published in the cashier terms. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact support.

8.4 Disputes

If you believe that a decision made by tk9990 regarding your account — including a withdrawal refusal, bonus voiding, or account closure — is incorrect, you may submit a formal dispute by email to [email protected]. tk9990 will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days. All disputes should be submitted in English and include your registered account username and a clear description of the issue.
